EXAMPLES

Examples
Here is an example of a game:

1) Only the one rolling the dice gets the two choices:
play two cards exactly matching the two dice rolled
example: 3 and 5
player must play two cards 3 and 5
OR
the player can play one dice equal to the total of the dice
example: 3+5=8
player may play one card the 8

If the person rolling the dice cannot play, then the person
to the left gets to play only the total of the dice — 8.

2) Let’s say the player rolling the dice played an 8,
then the next player rolled a 6 and 2.
That player is the one rolling so he gets the Option:
to play two cards 6 and 2
OR
He can have the option of playing one card equal to the total
of the dice example: 6 + 2 = 8

If he cannot play, the person to his left can only play
the total or 8. If he can’t play, the next person gets to
play an 8. If no one can play going around the table,
the first person to the left of the person rolling that has
played an 8 must pick up his 8.

Let’s say the person with an 8 on the table doesn’t want
to pick his 8 up…if he has a GAZUMP (1) in his hand,
he can play the GAZUMP and NOT pick up the 8.
You have to be careful and decide when you want to play
the GAZUMP because it only protects you one time.
If another player rolls dice totaling 8, you will have to
pick up your 8 unless you have another GAZUMP.
OR
Or let’s say you put a GAZUMP on your 8 so you didn’t
have to pick it up, but when it is your turn you roll two
4’s. You can play two cards: 4 and 4
OR
The total 4 + 4 =8 We know in this example no player had an 8
and you put your GAZUMP on your 8. Now you will have to pick it up
unless you have another GAZUMP because that GAZUMP only protected
you one time.
